There are 2 types of plans: 14 day option, which is a one time charge with no recurring charges and a monthly subscription, which includes 1, 3, 6, or 12 months minimums depending on which plan you select.

7-day Trial

Please note that the 14-day option does not have a 7-day trial since it is not a subscription. 14-day option is not refundable after shipment.

All monthly subscription plans include a 7-day trial*. The trial period will begin once you activate your first sensor, or fourteen (14) days after the shipment of your first sensors, whichever is soonest. The trial period cannot be paused. You may cancel your service at any time during the trial period. You will receive a full refund minus the cost of any used hardware ($85 per sensor), a $20 restocking fee per sensor and a credit card processing fee ( 3% of your last payment). If you cancel within 7 days, but keep using the first sensor after 7 days, we will assume you want to switch to the 14 day option and you will receive a full refund minus the cost of the 14 day option, a $20 restocking fee per sensor and a credit card processing fee ( 3% of your last payment). If you cancel within 7 days, but keep using both of the sensors, then we will assume you are switching to the 1 month option and you will receive a full refund minus the cost of the 1 month option, a $20 restocking fee per sensor and a credit card processing fee ( 3% of your last payment).

After the 7-day trial period, NutriSense does not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions. All subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid subscription period. This includes month-to-month, 3-months, 6-months, and annual plans. 

If you cancel within the 7-day trial prior to us shipping, then you will receive a full refund minus a $20 restocking fee per sensor and a credit card processing fee ( 3% of your last payment)

7-day trial is only applicable to brand new users. Existing customers are not eligible.

Canceling Your Subscription

After the 7-day trial period (7 days after applying your first sensor), all subscription fees are non-refundable, even if you stop using the service. The subscription will begin once the trial period has ended, or fourteen (14) days after shipment of your sensors, whichever is soonest. 

In the case of a monthly commitment, you authorize NutriSense to charge your credit card monthly for the duration of the commitment. At the end of your commitment, you must message us to let us know if you would like to stop the service through the app chat or by emailing us at [email protected]

Should you cancel your monthly membership before the end of your three (3) months commitment period, you will be charged the difference between the 1-month service cost ($350/mo) and the discounted service cost ($250/mo for 3-months) for every month completed, along with a $100 cancellation fee.

Should you cancel your monthly membership before the end of your six (6) month you will be charged the difference between the 3-month service cost ($250/mo) and the discounted service cost ($199/mo for 6-months) for every month completed, along with a $100 cancellation fee (assuming you completed at least 3 months out of the 6 months. If you are under the 3 months, then you will be charged the difference between 1-month service cost ($350/mo) for every month completed along with a $100 cancellation fee.)

In the case of a pre-paid commitment, you authorize NutriSense to charge your credit card every 3-month, 6-months, or 12-months, depending on the chosen plan. Should you cancel your monthly membership before the end of your three (3) months commitment period, you will be charged the difference between the 1-month service cost ($350/mo) and the discounted service cost ($240/mo for 3-months) for every month completed, along with a $100 cancellation fee. Should you cancel your monthly membership before the end of your six (6), or twelve (12) months commitment period, you will be charged the difference between the 3-month service cost ($250/mo) and the discounted service cost ($190/mo for 6-months or $175/mo for 12-months) for every month completed, along with a $100 cancellation fee.

After the end of your commitment period, you notify us to cancel after we have already charged you, but have not yet shipped then we can refund your payment minus $40 and a 3% credit card processing fee.

If you notify us to cancel after we have already charged you and have shipped to you then we are unable to refund you.

If you use a coupon or discount code for your purchase then decide to cancel, your discount will be reversed out. you the coupon amount will be included in your cancelation fee. For example, if you purchase a 3-month plan with a $25 off discount, then cancel after 1 month, you will be charged:

  • the difference between the 1-month plan ($350) and the 3-month plan monthly cost ($250/mo) = $100
  • $100 cancelation fee
  • 3% credit card processing fee
  • the $25 you received off as a discount

Pausing Your Subscription

You may pause your subscription for a number of months equivalent to one half of the length of your commitment (or 2 months in the case of a 3 months commitment). For example, if you signed up for the 6-months plan, you may choose to pause your service for up to 3 months total (you will not be charged during these months, but these will not be counted towards your remaining commitment). You can use these months back to back or spread them across your commitment period.

Non-Payment

If you cease to pay for the subscription service for a period of three (3) days or more, your account will go into an inactive state. In this inactive state, you will be unable to upload any new data from your NutriSense app. You will, however, still be able to access any historical data, that is, data which is uploaded prior to your Account entering into an inactive state.  Upon appropriate payment, your Account will be reactivated, and you will be able to utilize the full functionality of the Subscription Services and your NutriSense app.

Steps After Finishing Your Commitment 

Our month to month subscription plans require you to opt-out of a commitment. This means that at the end of your commitment (3 months, 6 months, or 12 months) you must message us to let us know if you would like to stop the service. Notice of cancellation must be made before your next payment (for example, month 4 of a 3 month commitment). You can message us through the NutriSense app chat or by email [email protected]

If you do not cancel your subscription, then you will continue to be charged at your current monthly rate and we will keep shipping you CGMs. If you are interested in extending into a new commitment plan after your current plan is over, there are multiple options available. Wrong Phone (NFC incompatible)

Our program requires an NFC-enabled smartphone. Please, check phone compatibility before payment (iPhone 7 or newer, and most newer Android devices support NFC). If you are unsure whether your phone is NFC compatible please reach out to us before payment. If you submit payment and your phone is not compatible, then we will refund you the payment minus a $20 processing fee and a 3% credit card processing fee.

Complimentary Dietitian Service

Our program offers up to 1 month of complimentary dietitian service if you sign up for a monthly subscription (14 days of dietitian service if you sign up for the 14 day option). After the 1 month time frame expires you will no longer be able to communicate with the dietitian. On occasions customers want to keep working with the dietitian past the 1 month time frame and in such circumstances we allow the customers to work with dietitian at a heavily discounted rate of $50/month. Please, notify your dietitian via NutriSense chat if you would like to keep working with them past 1 month complimentary period.
