Logging your activities will help our dietitians get a better idea of your exercise, fasting, and sleep schedules. 

To log an activity:

  1. Tap the + button in the bottom center on the main dashboard (you can also tap and hold a point on the glucose graph)

  2. Select a favorite or recent activity, or create a "new activity" at the bottom

  3. When creating a new activity, write a short description, and set the start and end times of the activity.

  4. Save the activity by clicking the checkmark in the top right corner.

Apple Health Sync

If you have an Apple watch or use other third party apps that sync to Health Kit, NutriSense will automatically sync Workout and Sleep activities for you daily. They will appear on your dashboard automatically!
