📺 iPad / Tablet Support

Many of you have asked about a desktop version of the app. Don't worry, it's coming soon! In the mean time, we have optimized the app for the extra screen real estate provided by tablet devices. The tablet version of the app has an always-visible sidebar and more room to view your data and analytics.

Daily Nutrition Details

You can now tap on the nutrition chart to see the micronutrient breakdown for any date range.

AUC and Delta Values

You may have noticed that we added a couple of new measurements to the meal chart. The Delta measurement is simply the difference between the highest and lowest glucose values during the 2 hour period following a meal. The AUC is a bit more complicated. It stands for area under the curve and it is a calculation of the total area under the glucose curve during the 2 hour period following a meal. This number will be higher for meals that spike your glucose by a large amount, or those that raise your glucose for extended periods of time. The lower these two numbers, the less the effect of that meal on your glucose levels.

🤓 Other Improvements

In addition to the features above, we've added a few small things

  • Automatic time zone detection
  • Date range tabs relative to currently selected date
  • Improved scan error messaging on Android
  • Visual tweaks

🐛 Bug Fixes

In addition to the new features, we've also fixed a few bugs

  • Password reset not working for some users
  • Unnecessary screen refreshes during app startup
  • Creating a meal from favorites causes crash
  • Incomplete addresses can be selected
  • Meal card descriptions overflowing
  • List loaders showing inconsistently
